Is the Free plan really free?
Completely — no card required, no time limit. You get a kid profile, free stories & worksheets, gallery downloads and the community, for as long as you like.
Do I need to pay to use the AI tools?
Yes — the AI homework helper, story maker, worksheet & quiz generators and AI tutor chat are included on the Family and School plans. They run on paid AI infrastructure, so they aren't part of the Free plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged without your say-so. If you don't continue, your account simply moves to the Free plan — you keep your profiles and progress, just with Free-plan limits.
Can I use it for more than one child?
Yes. Family supports up to 4 kid profiles, each with their own progress, trackers and rewards. Schools can manage whole classes with join codes.
What do HD downloads include?
Every gallery image in your choice of format (PNG, JPG or print-ready PDF), aspect ratio and resolution — ready to print at home or in class.
How is my child's data protected?
Content is moderated and access is role-based. We follow child-privacy best practices and never show children third-party ads.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
