These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of kids.moseotool.com (the "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

The Service is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher, who must be at least 18 years old to create and manage an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

kids.moseotool.com provides learning activities, printable resources, an AI tutor/homework helper, story and worksheet generators, a library of free printable stories and worksheets, gamification (XP/coins/badges), habit trackers and a moderated community forum. Some features are available on the Free plan; others require a paid subscription as described on our Pricing page.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout, in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank account details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing support@moseotool.com; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the AI tools to generate harmful, unsafe or inappropriate content; attempt to bypass moderation or safety controls; share account access outside your household/classroom; scrape, resell or redistribute our content without permission; or use the Service in any way that could harm other users, especially children.

5. Content & intellectual property

All platform content — illustrations, worksheets, gallery images, branding and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Downloaded resources are licensed for personal, classroom or homeschool use only, not for commercial resale. AI-generated content is provided for educational use and should be reviewed by a parent or teacher before relying on it.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service, including AI-generated content, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for more detail on the limits of AI-generated and educational content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a safety risk to other users, particularly children.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
